Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Please note that certain products—such as custom orders, special cuts, clearance items, or bulk orders—may not be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at ask@gbtsbuildingmaterials.com with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.

Package the item securely and return it to the address provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or shipped in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
